Shrimp on a skewer basted with creole spicy butter sauce. Served on a bed of dirty rice.

A slightly sweet mixture of crab, mango chutney, sour cream and onion. Served with house made kettle chips. One taste and you’ll be a fan. Served cold.

Gator Bites $12
Marinated alligator tail meat breaded and fried. Served with tartar sauce or pepper jam for dipping.

Catfish Bites $9
Farm raised catfish breaded in pearly meal and fried. Served with tartar sauce or pepper jam for dipping.

Always fresh, our beef is custom ground locally by Alwans Meats using chuck and beef brisket for the best flavor possible. We prepare our burgers medium* unless otherwise requested. Served on a toasted brioche bun with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, red onion and sweet pickles with our soon to be famous house cut fries!

Fat Tuesday Burger $12
The absolute best burger in town. Served on a brioche bun topped with cheddar cheese and applewood smoked bacon.
